  • At this time, Karamel-Kraze ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Karamel-Kraze ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    As our products are perishable, all food sales are final and cannot be returned.

    Karamel-Kraze will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Notification of damaged items must be done within 24 hours of delivery.

    For an exchange or reimbursement, please send photos showing details of all the damaged items. Also, photos of the outside of the box should be included. I will gladly offer a full refund or exchange it.
